SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: July 14, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Watson Livery LLC (“Watson Livery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting into Watson Livery’s SMS program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Watson Livery uses text messaging to communicate with customers and passengers regarding transportation inquiries, reservations, and services.

Messages may include:

Quote or reservation confirmations

Ride reminders

Driver arrival notifications

Pickup instructions

Schedule or itinerary updates

Flight-delay coordination

Changes to an existing reservation

Payment or account-related notices

Customer-service communications

Other service-related alerts

Watson Livery will not use this SMS program to send unrelated third-party advertising.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Watson Livery at the number provided.

Consent may be provided through:

A website form

A reservation or booking form

A written agreement

A telephone conversation

A text-message exchange

Another clear method of authorization

Your consent applies only to the telephone number you provide.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing Watson Livery’s transportation services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservations, inquiries, travel schedule, and interactions with Watson Livery.

You may receive multiple messages concerning a single reservation, particularly when coordinating pickup details, flight changes, driver arrival, or itinerary updates.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Watson Livery does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages, but your carrier may impose charges for SMS, MMS, data use, roaming, or other mobile services.

5. Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of Watson Livery text messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No additional messages will be sent through the SMS program unless you later provide consent to receive them again.

The FCC states that consumers may revoke consent to receive automated calls or texts through any reasonable method.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel an existing transportation reservation. You remain responsible for contacting Watson Livery through another available method to receive important reservation information.

6. Help and Customer Support

For assistance, reply:

Support availability may vary. For time-sensitive transportation matters, call Watson Livery directly.

7. Re-Enrolling

After opting out, you may re-enroll by submitting a new opt-in request or otherwise providing renewed consent to receive text messages from Watson Livery.

Watson Livery will not resume messaging an opted-out number without renewed consent. Messaging-provider policies similarly prohibit continued messages after consent has been withdrawn, except for a final opt-out confirmation.

8. Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and mobile service provider. SMS services may not be available through all carriers, devices, locations, or service plans.

9. Telephone Number Responsibilities

You represent that:

You are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number provided.

You have permission to receive messages at that number.

The information you provide is accurate.

You must notify Watson Livery if you discontinue use of the number, transfer the number to another person, or are no longer authorized to receive messages at that number.

10. Message Delivery

Watson Livery does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a specific period.

Message delivery may be affected by:

Carrier availability

Network congestion

Device settings

Internet or cellular service outages

Incorrect telephone information

Spam filtering

Technical failures

Circumstances outside Watson Livery’s control

Do not rely exclusively on text messages for emergencies or urgent transportation changes. Call Watson Livery directly at (845) 464-8178 when immediate assistance is required.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program will be handled according to Watson Livery’s Privacy Policy.

Mobile telephone information and SMS consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Watson Livery may share information with service providers that assist with messaging, booking, dispatch, customer support, or transportation services when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use Watson Livery’s text-message service to:

Send unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content

Impersonate another person

Submit fraudulent reservation information

Interfere with messaging systems

Transmit malicious software or harmful content

Violate another person’s rights

Watson Livery may suspend SMS communications when misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

13. Changes to These Terms

Watson Livery may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in its services, messaging practices, technology, or legal obligations.

Updated terms will be posted on the Watson Livery website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
